What’s the quickest way to find what I’m shopping for?

In the search box in the top right corner of the site, enter a description in this box and click the search button. 

I love this design. How can I find out if you carry other products with the same artwork?

To find all the products made with your favorite design, note the five digit design code in the item’s sku number; it’s the five numbers after the dash.  Enter this five digit code into the search box in the top right corner of the site. When clicking the search button, all products within that design family will be displayed.

How long will items remain in my Shopping Cart?

Items that you have placed in your shopping cart will remain there for 90 days or until you remove them or purchase them. 

How long will items remain in my Wish List?

Items that you have added to your wish list will remain there for six months or until you remove them or purchase them.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer UPS and USPS with 3 levels of shipping for each method. With UPS we offer Standard, which takes 5 to 8  business days and is a flat rate of $7.00; UPS Ground which takes 2 to 4  business days with the charges based on weight and distance; and Expedited Shipping which includes 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air or Next Day Air and charges are based on weight and distance.

With USPS we also have 3 levels of shipping, all based on weight and distance.  The levels are First Class Mail Parcel, Retail Ground, and Priority Mail.  First Class Mail Parcel is only available for orders weighing less than 13 oz and usually takes 1 to 3 business days.  Retail Ground is available for all orders and usually takes 1 to 8 business days.  Priority Mail is also available for all orders and usually takes 1 to 3 business days.

What is UPS-Standard?

UPS-Standard is a hybrid shipping method wherein UPS picks up your order from our shipping location and delivers it to the post office closest to your shipping address.  Your local post office then delivers the order to your shipping address.

When will my order ship?

Orders usually ship within 48 business hours of receipt of the order. Our business hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.

How do I cancel an order?

You may cancel your order by sending an email to Customer Service or by calling 1.866.935.2648.

I own my own store. Do you offer your products for wholesale trade?

Yes, we do. Please visit the Design Design Wholesale site by clicking here.   If you do not have Design Design wholesale account, you will need to create one before you can place an order on the wholesale website.  A retail tax ID number and a completed credit form is needed to create a wholesale account.

Why does my credit card statement state payment went to Gallery 19 rather than Design Design?

Gallery 19 is the legal name of  the retail division of our brand.

Why doesn't the color of  the product received match the color shown on my computer monitor?

Due to monitor settings, monitor pixel definitions, limitations of desktop scanners, digital photography, and dye lot variations, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen is correct.
